Ensure full compliance with federal Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) standards and district safety protocols. Participate in investigations related to accidents or student safety concerns. 8. Coordinate supplemental transportation services for McKinney-Vento students, facilitating cross-district logistics and ensuring timely, equitable access to transportation for homeless student populations. 9. Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment, which does not subject the employee to any hazardous or unpleasant elements. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of ten years of recent and progressively responsible administrative and managerial experience in large fleet management, budgeting, engineering and maintenance. Comprehensive knowledge of large fleet operations, transit logistics, maintenance, repair systems, fleet analysis, documentation procedures, strategic planning, employee training, management and organizational control development and improvement programs. Ability to provide high level, complex analyses of operational trends and results. Experience with projecting long term cost trends and development of cost control measures. Strong functional ability in SAP, specifically plant maintenance and fleet module.
